The mix.
Pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate, measured to clinical concentration. The same composition used in hospital nasal irrigation, pre-portioned so you never have to weigh anything.
The bicarbonate buffers the saline to match the pH of your nasal lining. Plain salt stings; this doesn't.
The ritual.
Tear a sachet, pour into the upper tank, fill with water at body temperature, shake gently to dissolve. Thirty seconds, twice per session if you rinse both sides.
Each sachet is single-use. Don't store dissolved saline between rinses.
