Three days in, antihistamines went in the bin
I have hay fever from September through November every single year. Three days into using Nasalix I stopped reaching for the antihistamines. By week two I'd forgotten where I kept them. The morning routine is genuinely faster than my old squeeze bottle.

Stuck with this when I couldn't stick with anything else
My ENT recommended daily rinses after sinus surgery in 2024. I tried squeeze bottles for a month and couldn't stick with it. Switched to Nasalix in January and I haven't missed a day in four months. Genuinely changed my recovery.

The travel case is the unsung hero
I travel for work twice a month and hotel air used to wreck my sinuses by day three of any trip. The travel case goes in my carry-on, fits the device, the saline packets, and the cable. I now arrive at meetings without sounding like I have a cold.

Solid device, took two weeks to get the hang of
Genuinely good product, would recommend. Took me about two weeks to figure out the right pressure setting and tilt angle for my face. By week three this was just part of my routine.

First sinus winter without antibiotics in years
I usually end up on at least one round of antibiotics every winter for sinus infections. Started Nasalix in early December and have made it through the entire winter without needing any.

My partner stopped complaining about my snoring
Bought this for my chronic stuffiness, didn't expect it to help with the snoring but it has. The morning rinse seems to clear out enough that I'm actually breathing through both nostrils when I sleep.
SleepChronic congestion
Worth it just for the time savings
My old morning routine involved waking up congested, blowing my nose for ten minutes. Now I rinse for thirty seconds and I'm functional immediately. I've gained a real, measurable amount of morning back.

Wish the deep pressure setting were a bit deeper
Coming from a manual irrigation routine, I was used to a much higher pressure rinse. The deep setting on Nasalix is fine but I'd love a fourth, more aggressive option. Otherwise the device is excellent.

Customer service replaced my faulty unit in 3 days
My first unit had an issue with the suction pump. Emailed Nasalix support, they responded within a few hours, sent a replacement that arrived three days later, no questions asked.

Good device but the price is steep for what it is
It works as advertised. My sinuses feel clearer, the device is well-made. Three stars because at $249 for The Kit the price-to-value is borderline. If you really suffer with sinus issues it's probably worth it.

My ENT recommended a powered device, this was the right one
Saw my ENT for chronic sinusitis last year. He told me to use a powered nasal irrigator daily. Did some research and chose Nasalix mainly because it doesn't require proprietary salt pods. Six months in, my CT scan looks dramatically better.

Bought one for my dad, he's already asked if he can keep it
My dad has had chronic sinus issues for thirty years. He's tried everything. Bought him a Nasalix for Christmas figuring it was worth a shot. He's used it every day since. Now I need to buy another one for myself.
